These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and YumayDev ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of Pulse Guard, Pulse Home, and Pulse Companion (collectively, the "Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using any of the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Apps on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Apps or any part thereof, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Pulse Guard (macOS): Monitors WiFi and Bluetooth signals to detect environmental changes and potential intrusions. Provides real-time alerts and event logging.
Pulse Home (macOS): Extends Pulse Guard with home automation capabilities including custom rules, HomeKit integration, webhooks, and geofence-based triggers.
Pulse Companion (iOS): Provides remote monitoring and control of your Pulse ecosystem from your iPhone, including push notifications and quick actions.
THE APPS ARE NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR A PROFESSIONAL SECURITY SYSTEM. The Apps use WiFi signal analysis and Bluetooth scanning as supplementary tools for environmental awareness. They are not designed, intended, or certified as life-safety devices or burglar alarm systems.
Detection accuracy depends on many factors including your WiFi environment, device placement, calibration quality, building materials, and environmental interference. False positives and false negatives may occur.
We strongly recommend using the Apps as a complementary layer alongside — not as a replacement for — professional security systems, locks, and other physical security measures.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY, OR HARM RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON THE APPS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES.
Certain features of the Apps require a Pro subscription or one-time purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
We may offer a free trial period for Pro features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is generally limited to one trial per Apple ID.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and Apple ID. You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to use the Apps to monitor, surveil, or track any person without their knowledge and explicit consent. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of automation features does not create unsafe conditions in your home.
The Apps, including all content, features, functionality, design, code, and documentation, are owned by YumayDev and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Pulse Guard," "Pulse Home," "Pulse Companion," and the Pulse logo are trademarks of YumayDev.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL YUMAYDEV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YumayDev from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Apps, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Apps at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Apps will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
These Terms are between you and YumayDev, not Apple Inc. YumayDev, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Apps and their content. The license granted is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Apps on Apple-branded products that you own or control. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Apps. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
