1. Start with a clip that has clear speech
Choose a video where the spoken message is easy to hear. Watch it once and decide which part you want to share. Overlapping voices, loud background music or unclear words can make an automatic transcript less reliable, so listen carefully when reviewing the output.
2. Select Auto Captions
Open Brolled and choose Auto Captions from the tool list. Add your video and let the tool generate captions from its speech. Review the result before moving on to styling.
Check names, numbers and words that sound similar. Do not assume an automatic transcript is accurate just because it appears in sync. If a mistake cannot be corrected in your current version, fix the source or use another editing step before publishing.
3. Choose a readable style
Use the available color controls to make the text stand out against your clip. Watch both bright and dark parts of the video, since text that works over one background can be difficult to read over another.
The word-by-word reveal follows the speech. Preview at normal speed to check whether you can comfortably read it on a phone, without pausing or holding the screen unusually close.
4. Preview with and without sound
First, play the video with audio to check timing and accuracy. Then mute it and see whether the message still makes sense. Also look at the frame edges: the platform's interface can cover parts of an uploaded video, so check its own preview before sharing.
5. Check your export options
