Cornerman — End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Cornerman. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cornerman.

1. License Grant

Umay (“Developer”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cornerman on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

This license does not permit you to:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the app;
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the app;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the app.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Cornerman may offer optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases, managed entirely by Apple through the App Store.

• Auto-renewal: Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is applied within 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
• Free trials: Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription to that plan.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for the unused portion.
• Price changes: Apple will notify you of any price changes and obtain your consent before charging a new rate.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple under their App Store policies. Contact Apple Support for all refund inquiries.

The Developer does not receive, process, or store your payment information. All billing is between you and Apple.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cornerman only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or any services it connects to;
• Use the app to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

4. Intellectual Property

Cornerman, including its name, design, logic, and content, is the exclusive property of Umay and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

5. Third-Party Services

Cornerman may interact with third-party services (Apple WeatherKit; optional ICS calendar feeds you configure). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

CORNERMAN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Developer does not warrant that:

• The app will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis;
• Results obtained from using the app (including reminders, nudges, and inferences) will be accurate, reliable, or complete;
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.

Cornerman is a productivity and lifestyle tool. It is not a substitute for your own judgment. Do not rely solely on the app for critical decisions or time-sensitive obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UMAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the app;
• Any unauthorized access to data processed by the app;
• Any missed events, appointments, or obligations, whether or not the app was expected to provide a reminder;
• Any other matter relating to the app.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, the Developer’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Cornerman shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Türkiye.

9. Apple-Specific Terms

As Cornerman is distributed via the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• These Terms are between you and Umay only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Cornerman.
• In the event of a warranty failure, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the applicable purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
• You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app (e.g., your wireless carrier agreement).
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or App Store release notes and update the effective date above. Continued use of Cornerman after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or the Developer. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete all copies from your devices.
