        The short version: Cornerman knows your life but tells no one. All inference happens on your device. Nothing leaves your phone — because we have no servers to send it to.
    

1. Introduction

Cornerman is a foresight engine for fathers. It quietly infers from your calendar, contacts, and location to surface reminders and nudges before you drop something important. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and why it never leaves your device.

By using Cornerman, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Data We Access and How We Use It

Cornerman operates entirely on-device. All rule evaluation, inference, and statistics are computed locally. We do not operate backend servers and we do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external systems.

2.1 No Analytics or Tracking

Cornerman contains no analytics SDKs, crash reporters that transmit data, advertising identifiers, or tracking pixels. We do not know how many times you open the app, which features you use, or anything else about your behavior.

2.2 No Accounts

Cornerman does not require or support user accounts. There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile associated with your data anywhere outside your device.

3. Third-Party Services

Cornerman’s only external data touchpoints are:

Apple WeatherKit — used to fetch weather conditions for your current location. Your location is transmitted to Apple as part of this request and is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
ICS calendar feeds (optional, user-configured) — if you add a school or public calendar URL, the app fetches it directly from that source. We have no visibility into this request; it is made from your device to the calendar provider you chose.

There are no advertising networks, social SDKs, or other third-party integrations in Cornerman.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If Cornerman offers premium features, all purchases and subscription billing are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple’s Privacy Policy and Media Services Terms govern those transactions.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Because all data is stored on your device, you are in complete control:

Deleting the app removes all app data from your device.
You can revoke calendar, contacts, or location permissions at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security. Cornerman will continue to function for features that do not require those permissions.
There is no server-side data to request deletion of, because none exists.

6. Children’s Privacy

Cornerman is not directed at children under the age of 13 and is not designed for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app in a way that involved personal information, please contact us at umay.dev so we can address the situation.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding personal data — including access, correction, deletion, and portability. Because Cornerman holds all data locally and we have no access to it, exercising these rights is entirely within your control via iOS Settings and app deletion. 8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or App Store release notes. Continued use of Cornerman after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
