            Privacy at a glance: Cinegrade App is designed with your privacy as a priority. All data you create in the app — your film ratings, notes, and lists — stays entirely on your device. We do not collect personal information, we do not run advertising, and we do not require an account.
        

1. Information We Collect

Cinegrade App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. Specifically:

App data (ratings, notes, lists): All content you create is stored locally on your device using iOS on-device storage. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly use iOS system features such as iCloud backup (governed by Apple's privacy policy).
No account required: You do not need to create an account or provide any personal details to use the app.
No analytics or tracking: We do not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash-reporting services that transmit identifiable data, or advertising networks.
No location data: The app does not request or access your location.
No camera or microphone: The app does not access your camera or microphone.

2. How We Use Information

Because we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data for us to use. The data you enter into the app (film grades, reviews, watchlists) is used solely by the app on your device to provide its features to you.

3. Third Parties

We do not share your data with third parties. The only third-party involvement is as follows:

Apple / App Store: If Cinegrade App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, all payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple via the App Store. We never see, store, or process your payment information. Apple's privacy practices are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
iCloud (optional): If you have iCloud backup enabled on your device, iOS may back up app data as part of your standard device backup. This is controlled entirely by your iOS settings and Apple's infrastructure, not by us.

We do not use third-party advertising networks, social media SDKs, or behavioral tracking services.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

All app data resides on your device. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling Cinegrade App. We have no copies of your data on our servers because we never receive it.

5. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or hold personal data about you, most statutory data-subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) are satisfied by design — your data is yours, on your device, under your control. 6. Children's Privacy

Cinegrade App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 is using the app and you have concerns, please contact us so we can address the situation.
